About Our Center
November 23, 2015 - Since 1991, our center has worked in partnership with tribal communities to design public health programs that raise the health status, self-sufficiency, and health leadership of Native people to the highest possible level.
CAIH's Training Program
June 28, 2017 - Annie Moon is Navajo and the first in her family to obtain a graduate degree. She graduated from the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with a MPH in 2015 with the support of the training program at the Center for American Indian Health.
October 3, 2017 - Family Spirit is an evidence-based, culturally tailored home-visiting program of the of Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health to promote optimal health and wellbeing for parents and their children.
September 10, 2014 - Beginnning in 1996 as a summer sports and life skills camp, NativeVision's mission is to empower Native American youth to realize their full (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) potential through the promotion of physical fitness, healthy nutrition, and positive life skills.
