Sarah obtained her B.S. in Public Health and International Studies from Oregon State University in 2005 and completed an M.S. degree in Nutrition from Oregon State University in 2007. She joined CAIH in 2013 and has worked across numerous behavioral health programs. Her work has focused on research and education surrounding the prevention of early childhood obesity and promoting maternal nutrition. Sarah enjoys working closely with health educators and home visitors as a resource and training guide to bridge nutrition science with community health programs. She is a vegetable enthusiast with a habit of cooking a creamy pot of beans and currently resides in Burlington, Vermont with her two boys and husband.
