Research Program Assistant
I would like to see our children free from childhood illness and living in a healthy environment. I see a lot of our families living at the poverty level; we would like to provide them with teachings and encouragement to better themselves to live healthily in Hozho (beauty). I look forward every morning to reporting to work to teach and educate our parents against childhood illnesses.
Lori joined the Infectious Disease team in September 1997, and works at the Chinle site. Lori works closely with infant, toddlers and parents. She enjoys working with the Center to improve the health of our children in Native communities. Lori loves to meet new families and babies while she's out making home visits and will continue to work with families to keep them healthy and to make sure they're up to date with immunizations.
