Biography

Rose Weeks (Reis) joined the Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health in January 2015 to lead communications. She also contributes to the ROTA Council project, under the International Vaccine Access Center, and to the International Center for Maternal and Newborn Health.

Before joining the Bloomberg school, Rose worked at the Results for Development Institute, leading communications for the Center for Health Market Innovations (CHMI), a platform designed to to improve privately delivered healthcare in low- and middle-income countries. Earlier, Rose worked at the International Vaccine Access Center at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, developing and executing communication campaigns focused on accelerating the adoption of policies to fight childhood pneumonia and the take up of underutilized vaccines in low and middle income countries. 

A graduate of Vassar College, Rose has a Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
